Yeldall Manor Open Day 29th June

  • Yeldall Manor Blakes Lane Reading, England, RG10 9XR United Kingdom (map)

We warmly invite all friends old and new to come along to our annual Open Day on the afternoon of Saturday 29th June. Gates open at 1pm for a Hog Roast (or you can bring a picnic). There will also be stalls and games for all the family - bouncy castle, golf, penalty shoot-out, hoop-la and crafts.

At 3pm we gather on the Main Lawn for a joyful service of worship, where we will celebrate those residents who have graduated recently and hear news and testimony. It is always uplifting to hear first-hand from men who have overcome former addictions and are now enjoying life drug- and alcohol-free. For those not able to be there in person, this will also be streamed on our Facebook and YouTube pages (https://www.youtube.com/@Yeldall_Manor/streams).

As always the day will be rounded off by a delicious strawberry tea thanks to our friends at Grays Farm.

There is no charge for entry, parking, or the games; it is just a time for you to come and enjoy. You may like to bring cash for hog roast and anything you want to buy (although we do have a card machine), a reusable mug for hot or cold drinks and protection from the sun (or rain, if forecast!).

Please come, and bring your friends! (If you can help staff a stall, marshal parking, or serve food/drink, please contact suehedger@yeldall.org.uk / 0118 940 4411.)
