What is the CAP (Christians Against Poverty) Money Course?
The free CAP Money course teaches all of us to be smarter in managing our money, day-by-day. CAP experts have developed a proven method for helping people to take control of their finances, to avoid debt and become confident in building a spending plan and sticking to it. You’ll learn from videos and group discussions how to:
· Build and balance a household budget
· Understand what spending is essential in your life, and what is not
· Set aside some money for the future
· Avoid financial problems, by making smarter, well-informed decisions
Course attendees who have internet access, by computer or phone, will be provided a CAP-hosted private spreadsheet, designed to accept your personal details of income and outgoings and showing you a summary of your finances. Those who prefer paper-based planning will be assisted too. The course will be led by a CAP-trained Money Coach, Duncan Ross, who will be happy to support you as much or as little as you wish, in creating your personal money plan.
Who is it for?
