Operations Director

We are recruiting for an Operations Director to oversee the practical elements of our Church. This is a full-time (37.5 h/pw), permanent role and the annual salary is £40,000 - £45,000.

This role will include the following responsibilities:

• Partnering strategically with the Lead Pastor

• Leading a team of Operations staff and volunteers

• Overseeing IT, communications, HR and facilities

• Financial management and administration

• Charity reporting, risk management and compliance reporting
