8-13s Children’s and Youth Worker

Join us! Wycliffe Baptist Church are looking for a children’s worker to oversee the 8–13s children’s ministry. 

The Role 

You will support children to build strong friendships, ask big questions, and explore the Christian faith in a safe, welcoming space. You'll play a critical role in transitioning our children into our youth work, working closely with our wider Children, Youth & Families team. If you’re passionate about reaching children and youth with the good news of Jesus and helping them grow as disciples, then we’d love to hear from you! 

Contract: Full time, permanent role but also will consider part time applications

Annual salary: £24,667 - £28,943 depending on experience

Starting date: September 2025 or earlier
